-Mated pair of Ospreys nesting in Columbia
[Photos 1-7] Male Osprey lands on a large dead tree limb and poses with his fresh catch-of-the-day: a huge Largemouth Bass.
[Photos 8,9] After eating his half of the fish, he calls out to his mate then flies to their nearby nest and drops-off the remaining half for her.
[Photos 10-15] She flies to the same tree with her half of the fish to enjoy her meal. Note in Photo 14: after finishing her meal, she cleans her bill by rubbing it on the forked twigs.
